Are there any dealers or rentals in my area?
You can check out website for the nearest hydrobike dealer and the closest hydrobike rental location. You can also give us a call and we can give you information as to the nearest dealer or rental operation. If no one is in your area, Hydrobikes Inc. does promise a 30 day money back guarantee.

How do I become a dealer?
If you have an existing business or starting a new one Hydrobikes Inc. can help you get started with a minimal investment for HydroBike purchases. Please contact us for exact details.

Why does it "pull" to one side?
First, check the position of your rudder in relation to the handlebars. Second, make sure the floats are on properly. (The two inserts belong in back)

The drive train is loose and won't stay down in reverse, what do I do?
Most likely there is too much oil on the friction lock. (See owners manual for removal and replacement of friction lock) After it is removed the excess oil can be wiped with a rag. You may even have to add a little tape. If problems persist you can call 888-403-9012 for assistance.

Why does it not have more gears, like a 3 speed?
Most water is level. The speed that can be attained, is determined by the shape and length of the floats. Just like a sailboat. Also, you would lose the ability to go in reverse, which I'm sure you'll agree is very beneficial.
