QUITE SIMPLY, WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE!
Hydrobikes Inc. is committed to providing you with a premier water bike that will provide many years of enjoyment. If for some reason you are not happy with your Hydrobike in the first 30 days after receiving it you have the option to return it. You must notify us immediately at the 30 day mark or sooner to start the return process.
The Hydrobike must be returned in like new condition and in the original packaging for a full refund minus the original ship cost. The bikes must be returned on the pallets and fastened as they were received
We can setup the pickup for the return, however the customer is responsible for the return ship cost. Although not mandatory, it is preferred that the customer arrange their own return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Any Hydrobike returned in less than original condition, or with damage or missing parts, will receive only proportional and / or partial refunds. The refund amount will be at the discretion of Hydrobikes Inc.
Please note, we cannot accept or process bike returns from regions outside the United States due to current shipping and customs constraints.
