Shipping policy

For Parts Orders
For order that just contain parts, we ship via USPS and UPS. Hydrobikes Inc. normally ships the next business day (Monday to Friday, except holidays). An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

For Our Larger Product Orders
We ship via freight for out larger products, Explorer I & II, Angler, and Cruiser Models (anything over 125lbs). Estimated delivery time heavily depends on where you are located in the country. We ship from Humboldt, Iowa and shipping can take up to 2 weeks. The driver of the carrier should give you a call one to three days before drop off.

Please note: You're strongly encouraged to check the shipment prior to accepting delivery. Neither Hydrobikes Inc. nor the freight company, can be held liable for damages AFTER you have signed for the shipment. If you receive a shipment without noting the damage with the freight company, we will file a claim but any settlement is subject to the decision of the freight carrier.
